要

诚信，是古今中外通用的社会伦理准则，更是现代保险业的生存基础。诚信对市场经济建设具有举足轻重的作用。建立保险业诚信体系，需深入理解诚信对现代社会发展的重要作用，并应采取以下具体措施：把握社会信用体系建设契机，为保险业诚信体系建设奠定基础；加强保险信用法制建设，为保险业诚信体系建设提供保障；建立保险诚信治理制度，为保险业诚信体系建设创造条件；改革保险公司经营治理体制，为保险业诚信体系建设注入动力；完善保险营销机制，为保险业诚信体系建设增添活力。
