高校意识形态安全的影响因素及对策探析

[摘要]高校意识形态安全是国家意识形态安全的重要组成部分，是保证高校社会主义办学方向的需要，是培育社会主义合格人才的内在诉求。但是，意识形态工作认识的片面性、意识形态宣传教育的低效性、多元思想文化交锋的解构性、社会行为失范现象的侵蚀性等因素影响了高校意识形态安全。做好高校意识形态安全工作，必须结合高校的特点，坚持宽阔的视野、全新的思维，抓协调，形成意识形态安全工作整合力；抓队伍，强化意识形态安全工作凝聚力；抓阵地，增强意识形态安全工作辐射力；抓机制，提高意识形态安全工作控制力，从而巩固我国高校意识形态安全。
