国际化旅游人才评价体系构建研究

摘要

随着经济全球化和旅游国际化步伐的加快，培养国际化旅游人才已成为众多旅游院校人才培养的重要目标。然而，由于对国际化旅游人才内涵、基本要素、评价标准等方面把握不清，国内各旅游高等院校的国际化人才培养体系在教学理念、课程设置、教学内容、教学方法和手段等多方面基本上都大同小异，国际化人才与非国际化人才的差别不明显。因此，理解国际化旅游人才的真正内涵，建立评价指标和标准成为国际化旅游人才培养目标实现的首要因素。

本文通过对国际旅游人才内涵的研究，分析了国际旅游人才的主要特征，并根据特征选择有代表性的国际化旅游人才评价指标，构建了国际化旅游人才的评价指标体系。最后根据这些指标，提出了旅游高等院校应完善课程体系、创新教学模式、更新教育观念、重视师资建设的四点建议。
