回顾一年来的工作有成绩也有不足，但更多的是收获，这一年在上级团委和校党政领导的支持、关心下，开展了一些团的基础工作，还带领全体团员青年开展多种寓教于乐的活动和政治思想教育，引导广大青年学生立志成才，争做跨世纪有用人才。团委书记述职报告现将一年的学习、工作述职如下：
