部分国家医疗保险管理体制比较研究报告

发达国家安全生产监督管理体制的研究摘要

“安全生产”在我国社会经济发展中具有不可替代的地位和作用，特别是在当前我国正面临实现工业化的艰巨任务，发展的矛盾十分突出。本文主要介绍了德国、日本、俄罗斯、英国这些发达国家的安全生产监督管理体制，还介绍了国际壳牌石油公司的安全管理经验。结合我国的安全安全生产监督管理体制和我国的安全现状，找出我国和发达国家的差距，指出我国特别要研究和借鉴国际上在该领域一百多年的实践，来丰富和改进相关工作。
