概述：我国在改革开放三十年间取得了举世瞩目的成就，但因为渐进式的改革的方式也衍生出了一些问题，比如国企改革的困境问题，其中具体问题有国企与银行系统的问题，与股票市场的问题，以及广为关注的国企腐败问题。所以本文将论述关于国企改革的几大困境，并予以分析。关键词：国有企业改革内部改革外部改革
