办理外国人居留签证流程及所需资料

一、applyingalienemploymentpermitwhichissuedbygzmunicipalpublicsafetybureau（5workingdays）办理外国就业审批

1.公司证明（聘用外国人的原因），

2.公司营业执照副本和组织机构代码证副本复印件

3.填写好《聘用外国人就业申请表》一式两份，并加盖公章；

4.就业者护照首页及签证页复印件；

5.就业者学历证书及简历复印件；

6.公司租赁合同和公司章程复印件（已办过外国人就业审批除外）；

4.copyofforeigner’spassport（thefirstpageandthevisapage）；

5.copyofdiplomaandpersonalresumeoftheforeignertobeemployed6.copyofthecompany’sleasecontractandthearticlesofincorporation

二、applyingalienemploymentlicensewhichissuedbythegzlaborandsocialsafetybureau（5workingdays）就业许可证

1.已获通过的就业审批；

2.就业者护照首页及签证页复印件；

3.就业者学历证书及简历复印件；

4.公司营业执照副本各组织机构代码证副本复印件；

2.copyofforeigner’spassport（thefirstpageandthevisapage）；

三、applyingletterortelexofvisanotificationwhichissuedbygztradeeconomycorporationbureau（5workingdaysandthechargeis500rmb）办理邀请函

1.营业执照副本（登记证）复印件；

2.国税副本复印件；

3.地税副本复印件；

4.组织机构代码副本复印件；

5.就业许可证书；

6.公司信纸的申请证明（信纸需有公司的中英文、公司地址、电话、邮编）；

7.申请人的护照首页
