abstract：asthescaleofthedevelopmentofenterprisegroups，manygroupshavesetupsubsidiariesathomeandabroad.however，duetodifferencesinthegeographicalandwayoffundsusingtoincreasetheregulatoryrequirementsofthefundscontrolsandmanagementforheadcorporation，sothere-integrationandrationaluseoffundsresourcesofgroupaswellascomprehensivefinancialmanagementoffundsasthecorehasbecomeanewresearchtopicinthenewsituation，sofundresourcesplanning（referredtoasfrp）isabreakthroughfortheenterprisefundsmanagement.theideaoffrpistointegrateandcontrolfinancialresourcesinall-directionbyuseofcross-disciplinaryskillsandknowledge--networktechnology，softwaretechnologyanddataminingtechnologyetc..atpresent，manygroupcompanieshaveapplieddifferentfrpproducts，buthavenotreachedthehighestdevelopmentmodel.therefore，itisnecessarytoconductin-depthstudyoffrp.
