摘要：随着我国改革开放的不断深入，市场经济体制不断完善，金融危机也随之而来。在此很多企业都经不起金融海啸的冲击，其中原因很多，正所谓“得控则强，失控则弱，无控则乱”。当今激烈的市场竞争环境下，许多中小企业的内部控制问题非常突出，进而影响了中小企业的经济效益，阻碍了中小企业的发展。中小企业发展是我国民族经济发展的根本，而加强企业内部控制制度的建设是促进企业健康发展、良性循环的重要途径。针对现行中小企业内部控制存在的实际性问题进行研究分析并提出可行的对策也显得非常有意义。关键词：中小企业；内部控制问题；对策
