摘要：公路建设节约集约用地正日益受到重视，但对其往往有不同的理解。本文对公路建设节约集约用地的概念和内涵进行了探讨，分析了现阶段公路建设节约集约用地存在的问题，以节约土地并体现经济、社会、资源、环境四者协调统一为出发点，构建了基于强化政府的调控、完善社会约束、建立社会激励与构建公路节约集约用地的技术标准体系的公路建设节约集约用地实现机制。关键词：公路建设；节约集约用地；内涵；实现机制[中图分类号]f503
