石油发展战略

石油【摘要】

：阐述了我国可持续发展战略的形成和发展，提出了石油石化企业可持续发展战

略的构架、面临问题和应采取的措施，并介绍了中国石化在可持续发展方面所做的工作。

石油是一种重要的战略资源，也是当代社会最重要的能源。地球所蕴藏的石油很丰富，但由于大规模开采和世界对石油的消费需求保持旺盛，石油最终会有枯竭的一天。对这个期限比较悲观的预计是30～50年，较乐观的预计是50～100年。所以，我国加大力度对能源开发做出战略部署迫不容缓。

石油企业的可持续发展

（一）1.抓好安全、优化生产，增产适销对路产品。一是优化资源配置，增大盈利空间。炼油系统重点抓好加工方案的优化，降低渣油自用量，提高炼油加工深度；化工系统重点做好原料结构优化工作，调控好自产原料和外部原料的比例，按照效益最大化配置资源。
