转基因动物制药现状及发展前景

摘要：转基因动物技术始于上个世纪80年代，20多年来，转基因技术不断发展，利用转基因动物生产药用蛋白质即转基因动物制药的研究也取得了突破性进展，转基因制药成为了各国科学家、生物制药公司争相研究的重点领域。目前，转基因动物制药正走向产业化的道路，具有十分广阔的前景。但是由于我国生物制药技术起步较晚，与欧美发达国家有不小的差距，因此加快转基因动物制药的研究对我国生物技术、医学技术的发展具有极其重要的作用。关键词：转基因动物转基因动物制药现状发展前景abstract：transgenicanimaltechnologybeganinthe1980s，morethan20years，transgenictechnologycontinuestodevelop，theuseoftransgenicanimalstoproducepharmaceuticalproteinsgeneanimalpharmaceuticalsthatturnalsomadeabreakthrough，transgenicpharmaceuticalsbecamenationalscientists，bio-pharmaceuticalcompanycompetingforresearchingfocusareas.currently，transgenicanimalpharmaceuticalindustryismovingtowardstheroad，withaverybroadprospect.however，duetothelatestartofbiopharmaceuticalmanufacturingtechnologies，europeanandamericancountrieshavenotasmallgap，sothestudyofgenetransferforanimalpharmaceuticalsacceleratethedevelopmentofbio-technology，medical
