摘要。《中英续订藏印条约》是中国近代史上的又一个屈辱条约，而条约达成以前的谈判则是中、英、俄三国围绕西藏问题开展的一次复杂博弈。在相对有利的国际背景下，清政府派出的外交人员巧妙地运用外交技巧，成功维护了部分权益。本文拟从史料整理、专著以及论文三个方面对改革开放以来我国的《中英续订藏印条约》签订始末研究进行综述，并总结其成绩和不足。
