浅谈国企人员流失问题
摘要。当前随着市场经济的发展,国有企业的人才流失问题日益严重,因此研究国企人员流失问题已经成为当前社会关注的一大焦点。为了尽快改善这一现状,本文首先对“人才”以及“人才流失”的相关概念进行了说明,接着分析了我国国有企业人员流失的基本现状,并对国有企业人才流失的原因进行了详细地研究,最后提出了一些可行性措施,以便找出国企人员流失的背后原因,及时采取相应的措施来减轻该现状的不利影响,为国企的可持续发展奠定良好的人才基础。
