生态旅游管理的现状和发展策略分析 如何改善农民贫困现状策略分析

摘要。改革开放自今，虽然我国已经步入了全面建设小康社会新阶段，但是如何解决好农民贫困问题依然是全面建设小康社会的一扇软肋，而农民增收滞后却是农民问题解决的关键。就目前城乡收入差距呈拉大趋势来看，增加农民收入，缩小差距，实现人均gdp达到3000美元的全面小康社会指标难度犹存。因此，本文通过以西南广大农村地区农民贫困现状为研究对象，全面分析制约山区农民增收的因素，并提出解决此问题的具体方案。

一、在改善农民贫困过程中存在的问题

（一）农民生产盲目单一

为改善农民贫困的贫困的现状，国家实施退耕还林，鼓励种植经济作物，下发经济作物种子，农民在选择物种时并无科学参考及专家指导，完全是依据自己土地，生产经验进行挑选，导致种植雷同。同时，很多农民不愿意尝试或不敢担起风险种植新品种和新型经济作物这与农民长久的种植经验和本地的经济链相关，尤其是西南山区单一的经济链。
