苎麻根际和非根际环境的土壤比较研究
摘要。以6个不同苎麻品种地的土壤为材料,研究了根际和非根际环境的土壤养分、微生物数量、酶活性、pH值及其相关关系。结果表明,根际土壤中大部分的土壤养分、微生物数量、酶活性高于非根际土壤;相关性分析显示,非根际环境中达到显著相关的因子比根际土壤中多。

Abstract:Thedynamicpropertyofsoilnutrients,soilmicrobes,soilenzymeandpHinramierhizospheresoilandnon-rhizospheresoilcollectedfromproducingareasof6ramievarietieswasstudied.Andtherelationshipbetweenthemwasdiscussed.TheresultsshowedthatthecontentofavailableN,availableK,organicmatter,totalKandwater,thenumbersofsoilbacteria,actinomycesandfungi,theactivitiesofureaseandacidphosphataseinrhizospheresoilswereallsignificantlyhigherthanthoseofnon-rhizosphere.Meanwhile,therewassignificantdifferenceinpHbetweenrhizospheresoilandnon-rhizospheresoil.Thecorrelationsamongsoilnutrients,soilmicrobes,soilenzymeandpHinrhizospheresoilweremoresignificantthanthatinnon-rhizospheresoil.itwashypothesizedthattheramierootbroughtaboutthedifferencesbetweentherhizospheresoilandnon-rhizospheresoil.
