着眼生态文明大环境 建设和谐美好宜居城市

【摘要】随着人民生活水平的逐年改善，对居住的生态生活环境质量要求日益提高，由于受环保强制执行权限制、环保违法案件强制执行周期长、各相关管理部门协调配合不畅、城市建设规划不合理等各方面的原因，导致环境污染纠纷案件逐年增多。为切实解决突出的环境问题，构建和谐美好宜居城市，论文提出必须全面树立社会主义生态文明观，全社会各界人士共同参与和密切配合，只有这样，才能推进绿色发展，还自然以宁静、和谐、美丽。

【abstract】aspeople'slivingstandardimprovedyearbyyear，itputshigherrequirementsontheecologicallivingenvironmentqualityrequirementsofliving，thenumberofenvironmentalpollutiondisputeshasincreasedyearbyyear，asthefollowingreasons，restrictedbycompulsoryenforcementofenvironmentalprotection，theenforcementperiodofenvironmentalprotectionlawenforcementislong，coordinationandcooperationbetweentherelevantmanagementdepartmentsisnotsmooth，urbanconstructionplanningisnotreasonableandsoon.inordertosolvetheoutstandingenvironmentalproblemsandbuildaharmoniousandbeautifullivablecity，theauthorputsforwardthatthesocialistecologicalcivilizationconceptmustbefullysetup，andeveryoneshouldparticipateinit.onlyinthiswaycanthegreendevelopmentbepromoted，andthenatureispeaceful，harmoniousandbeautiful.
