农民医疗消费差异及影响因素分析

摘要目的：分析我国农民医疗消费差异及影响因素。方法：运用统计学中常用的方法对已收集到的家庭预算资料中的居民医疗支出数据进行统计分析。结果：研究发现，90年代以来我国农村居民医疗支出经历了持续的增长过程，而在完全自费医疗的情况下，我国农村居民医疗支出的不平等主要源于农村居民的地区收人差异及医疗服务价格的影响，低收人农民的医疗需求不足。结论：农村居民特别是贫困地区农民的医疗保障，更应该得到政府和国家的关注。以使农村医疗价格得到控制。
