法学家阶层的产生和壮大，是一个社会政治昌明，经济繁荣的外在表征和必然结果。回顾法学家在中国和西方的不同历史境遇，除作为上述命题的明证之外，尤能令我辈油然而生“达则兼济天下”之豪情。当代法学家，应当不断突破物欲的羁绊，以其独立精神和理性正义推动法治国进程，同时实现作为一个社会阶层的自我价值。“上书”在古今中外的政治和法制方面都有积极意义，“孙志刚”案件中的法学家上书，为树立法治观念和开拓权利文化发挥了引领和示范作用，是法学家阶层在当代社会舞台上之经典演绎。

thenaissanceandgrowthofjurisconsults’stratum，isanexternaltokenandinevitableoutcomeoftheflourishingpoliticsandtheprosperouseconomicofasociety.reviewingjurist’sdifferenthistoricalcircumstancesinchinaandthewest，besidesregardingastheclearproofofabove-mentionedpropositions，weriseofitselftheloftysentimentsof“tobesuccessandholdconcurrentlytohelptheworld”.contemporaryjurists，shouldbreakthroughfettersofmaterialdesiresconstantly，promotetheprocessofrulebylawwithindependentspiritandrationaljustice，andrealizethemselvesastheself-valueofasocialstratumatthesametime.“submission”wassignificantinpoliticalandlegalsystematalltimesandinalllands.thistime，differentfromtheformers，thejurisconsultshaveplayedaleadingandexemplaryroleintheestablishmentoftheideaofrulebylawandtherightculture.itistheirclassicalperformanceonthecontemporarysocialstage.
