经济欠发达地区民选村官的村庄治理研究

[摘要]。在实施村委会直选后，民选村官的村庄治理问题应该受到关注。文章考察了江西省t县的二十个村庄的民选村庄治理情况，发现这些经济欠发达地区的村庄还是存在着村庄经济落后、村庄治理方式没有改变、干群关系依旧紧张等现象，通过调查和分析，文章找到了造成这种现象的原因主要有村庄原有的经济薄弱、乡村关系不正常、两委关系矛盾激烈、村委会自身的义务偏离及对村委会监督的丧失。文章认为，这种民选村官治理村庄没有发生质的变化的局面应当引起重视，因为它会严重地影响到中国乡村民主建设的进程，进而影响到乡村社会的各种建设。
